Connecting PostNord and Bring (Nordics)
Connect your own PostNord or Bring account to offer prepaid return labels in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
In the Nordics, returns run on your own carrier agreement. You connect your PostNord or Bring account once, and Yoyo creates return labels on it. The carrier invoices you as usual.
Both carriers cover Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You can connect one or both.
Before you start
You'll need a business account with the carrier, and:
| Carrier | What you need | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| PostNord | API key, and your PostNord customer number | Your business account at developer.postnord.com |
| Bring | Your Mybring login email, your Mybring API key, and your Bring customer number | Mybring → Settings → API |
Connect
The set-up window has three steps: Credentials, Markets and Turn on.
Open Shipping & Carriers
Go to Settings → Shipping & Carriers and find PostNord or Bring under Carriers. Click Set up.
Enter your details
Paste in your API key (and, for Bring, your Mybring email). Leave Environment on Production unless you're testing with sandbox credentials.
Add your markets
For each country you want to offer, add a market and give the customer number and the return address for that country. If you have one warehouse for the whole region, use the same address for each. Leave Return service code blank to use the carrier's standard return service.
Test and switch on
Click Test to make sure a label can be created, then flip the carrier's switch on.
Use + Add market later to add another country, and Edit markets to change an address or customer number.
Typical prices
These are what the carriers usually charge for a return parcel. Your own agreement decides what you actually pay.
| Sweden | Denmark | Norway | Finland | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PostNord | 45 to 55 SEK | 35 to 45 DKK | 55 to 70 NOK | 5 to 7 EUR |
| Bring | 45 to 55 SEK | 40 to 50 DKK | 50 to 65 NOK | 5 to 7 EUR |
Good to know
- A shopper in Norway only sees the carriers you've set up for Norway. There's nothing to configure per customer.
- "Setup needed" next to a carrier means a customer number or address is missing for one of its markets.
- If labels fail after working before, the API key has usually been replaced on the carrier's side. Click Edit setup and paste the new one.
- The portal and its emails are available in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish.
