No — that's the first thing the engine checks. Customers with several recent returns get no offer at all, there's a cap on offers per customer, and every offer must pass a profit check before it's shown. Returns that were your fault get an apology-framed credit at most, never a sales pitch.

The free come-back credit is a thank-you that appears after the return is confirmed. Returns+ is a small paid add-on at the label step: it covers their return label today and the full fee comes back as store credit next month. Smart mode runs both and picks whichever fits each return — never both at once.

Instant credit tends to get spent on the current return. A delayed credit lands when the customer is ready to shop again, which is the behaviour you actually want to buy. Yoyo emails them the day it unlocks and again before it expires, so nothing is left to memory.

Every offer is a per-return calculation using your real product costs, the label price and the customer's history — and each decision is stored with a plain-English explanation you can read on the return. A small group of customers is held back from offers entirely, so the results ledger reports genuine extra repeat revenue, never a projection.
